Snij de komkommer in kleine stukjes en voeg het zout toe. Mix goed door elkaar en zet het 10 tot 15 minuten in de koelkast. Ondertussen kun je de saus maken door alle saus ingrediënten in een kleine sauspan op te warmen. Laat het een klein beetje indikken en haal de pan van het vuur en laat de saus afkoelen.
